dudha Started reading this book wondering whats the meaning of “Mahashweta ” Being a doctor himself she has full faith in him, but all she gets in return is his aloofness. He falls in love with her and proposes marriage.
The only defect about her is her poverty. From now on, Anupama is taunted and insulted in various ways, and becomes an unspeakable and untouchable person.

All the characters are ideally portrayed in their natural habitat: That is when she takes her life in her own hands and decides to live independently without any inhibitions and succeeds in mirthy end. The way she has managed to capture the shallow mindset of Indian villagers is new to me.
